We will extract all the water from the carpet surface then, more importantly, extract it from the underlay, where the root of the problem really lies. By not extracting the water from the underlay will cause browning on the top of your carpets in the ensuing days. We allow the underlay to dry by using specially designed blowers, which blows cool air to the underlay in a slow but effective drying process (drying the underlay too quickly will also result in browning). Our specialist technician will then return when the process is complete to put your carpet back to how it was prior to the flood.
